Join local alumni and Badger fans for an evening of fun, food, drinks, and learning as we welcome Jeff Sindelar, professor and extension meat specialist. Professor Sindelar’s presentation is an opportunity to learn about the story behind Wisconsin’s iconic supper clubs. The Fox Valley Badgers are sponsoring this as an educational activity, so any donations to our scholarship program will be appreciated.
The ticket price includes dinner with your choice of baked haddock or prime rib, a salad bar, potato bar, French onion soup, and dessert. Tax and tip are also included.
This will be a private event, so we will have Cattails Supper Club to ourselves.

About the Speaker
Jeff Sindelar is a professor and extension meat specialist in the department of Animal & Dairy Sciences at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He has been part of the Food Research Institute since 2009 as an affiliate faculty member and has served on their executive committee since 2012. In his UW faculty role, Sindelar provides assistance to meat processors in the areas of product development, problem solving, and regulatory compliance. He holds one patent and is widely published. He is also a prolific speaker, having given more than 750 presentations on various meat science and food safety topics.
