Join us as Napa-based chef and owner of blossomcatering.com, Chef Itamar Abramovitch, leads CA Badgers and friends in a 3-part virtual cooking class series. Part I of the California Badger Virtual Culinary Event Series will take place on Sunday, June 27th at 4PM PST.
Part I of the series will feature seasonal appetizers, perfect for July 4th festivities and to carry you through the summer. Parts II and III will take place in the fall and winter, featuring a main course and a dessert, respectively. Optional wine pairing at an exclusive Badger discount provided by Silver Trident Winery, hosted by Manager and fellow Badger Shane Soldinger ‘98.
Upon registering, you will receive the ingredients list, including non-alcoholic beverage pairings, to purchase on your own at your local market. If you select the optional wine pairing, you will receive a link to make your purchase directly from Silver Trident Winery. During the event, Chef Itamar will demonstrate how to prepare the food and Shane Soldinger will provide wine commentary for those that selected the wine pairing. You are invited to view the demonstration or cook along in your own kitchen. If you would like to cook along, we recommend prepping your ingredients ahead of time. The session will last approximately 90 minutes, with an optional breakout session at the end to make new Badger friends.
